Die wichtigsten Merkmale dieses Sockel Systems:

- sehr hoher Frequenzbereich, bis zu 30 GHz bei -1dB
- doppelseitige "plunger probes" (Solderless Compression Type Sockel)
- verfügbar mit einer Vielzahl verschiedener Verschluß Ausführungen (ClamShell, FastLock, TwistLock etc.)
- optional mit offener Druckschraube (Deckel) für bessere Wärmeabfuhr des Chips
- können auf Wunsch mit Kühlkörper ausgerüstet werden
- die Lebensdauer der High Speed Probes liegt bei mehr als 100.000 Zyklen
