Electronics Arts und Criterion Games veröffentlichen am 20. September 2011 Burnout CRASH! auf Xbox LIVE Arcade und im Playstation Network. Das Downloadspiel nimmt sich den beliebten Crash-Modus aus den ersten Burnout-Titeln zum Vorbild und bietet sowohl für Serienneueinsteiger als auch für erprobte Kenner unkomplizierten Spielspaß. Je mehr Verkehrschaos der Spieler anrichtet, sei es durch das auslösen von Explosionen oder indem sie andere Fahrzeuge rammen, desto höher fällt die Belohnung aus. Sämtliche Fahrzeuge und Bauwerke können zerstört werden.
