Die neue EHI-Studie „Diversity, Equity und Inclusion (DEI) im Handel 2025“ gibt einen Überblick über den Status quo und die aktuellen Herausforderungen im deutschen Einzelhandel mit besonderem Fokus auf Diversität. Sie zeigt: Für fast die Hälfte der Händler hat DEI eine hohe oder sehr hohe Relevanz.
