Verbandsgemeinde Vallendar nimmt Vorreiterrolle ein

Elektronische Aktenführung ist nicht nur ein Thema im Umfeld großer Städte. Gerade auch durchschnittliche Verbandsgemeinden erreichen bereits nennenswerte Aktenvolumina, die es gilt, ressourcenschonend zu verwalten.

Das Anforderungsprofil der Verbandsgemeinde Vallendar beschrieb daher eine kompakte Archivlösung mit kurzer Einführungsphase. Unter Nutzung des bewährten Gewerbeverfahrens GEVE 4 erfolgte die Einrichtung und Einweisung binnen weniger Minuten.

Die Ablage der Dokumente neu erfasster Gewerbefälle hat unmittelbar begonnen. Schrittweise werden die Unterlagen alter papiergebundener Vorgänge eingelesen, um das Archiv für unkomplizierte zeitlich auch rückwirkende Recherche auszubauen.
