EDAG Wachstum im nordamerikanischen Markt ungebremst

EDAG erhält Großauftrag für eine Rohbauanlage in Mexiko

Der Entwicklungsdienstleister EDAG hat im Oktober 2005 einen Großauftrag in Höhe von rund 25 Mio. US-Dollar für Produktionssysteme erhalten und setzt damit sein Wachstum im nordamerikanischen Markt weiter erfolgreich fort. Für einen führenden US-amerikanischen Automobilhersteller wird EDAG große Teile einer Rohbauanlage entwickeln, bauen und in-betriebnehmen. Als besondere Herausforderung wird das EDAG Projektteam zudem die Verantwortung für die Integration von Anlagenkomponenten eines asiatischen Lieferanten übernehmen. Am Produktionsstandort in Mexiko wird dort ab Ende 2006 der Modellnachfol-ger eines SUV´s für den nordamerikanischen Markt gebaut werden.

Für die Durchführung des Projekts wird EDAG auf seine Ressourcen in Detroit (USA), Puebla (Mexiko) und
