On the basis of the enabling resolution of the shareholders' meeting of 30 July 2010 the Management Board and Supervisory Board of ecotel communication ag resolved today to call in the 390,000 treasury shares acquired in accordance with § 71, para. 1, no. 8 of the German Stock Corporation Law (AktG) under reduction of the company's share capital.
