Effective 1 May 2014 the Supervisory Board has appointed the current Supervisory Board Chairman Johannes Borgmann to the Management Board of ecotel communication ag. Mr. Borgmann has been a member of the Supervisory Board since June 2002. He became Chairman of the Supervisory Board on 18 December 2007. Mr. Borgmann has resigned from the Supervisory Board effective 30 April 2014.
