Eckert & Ziegler weitet Aktivitäten mit Ga-68 in Japan aus

Eckert & Ziegler (ISIN DE0005659700, SDAX) weitet gemeinsam mit Novartis Pharma K.K. (Japan) seine Aktivitäten im Bereich der Gallium-68 (Ga-68) markierten Diagnostika in Japan aus. Zu diesem Zweck wurde bei der japanischen Arzneimittelbehörde PMDA (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency) eine klinische Studie angemeldet, die Eckert & Zieglers eigenentwickelten Ge-68/Ga-68-Generator GalliaPharm® als alleinige Lieferquelle für Ga-68 vorsieht.

Der erste GalliaPharm® im Rahmen der Studie wurde bereits im Januar 2024 ausgeliefert. Bis Mitte 2025 wird dieser durch mehrere weitere Generatoren ergänzt werden. Die Zusammenarbeit wird nach erfolgreicher Marktzulassung ein erhebliches Umsatzpotenzial generieren.
