Die Eckert & Ziegler SE (ISIN DE0005659700, TecDAX) informiert, dass der in der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung vom 26.6.2024 beschlossene Abspaltungsbeschluss am heutigen Tag in das Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Charlottenburg (Berlin) eingetragen wurde. Mit der Eintragung in das Handelsregister der Eckert & Ziegler SE wurde die Abspaltung der Pentixapharm AG rechtlich wirksam. Sämtliche von der Eckert & Ziegler gehaltenen Aktien an der Pentixapharm AG sind damit von der Eckert & Ziegler SE auf die Pentixapharm Holding AG rechtlich übergegangen.
