Net income for the year rose by around 20% compared to the previous year's figure adjusted for special effects and reached 29.3 million EUR, which corresponds to earnings per share of 1.41 EUR. Based on these figures, Executive Board and Supervisory Board decided today to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend of EUR 0.50 per dividend-bearing share, as in the previous year.
