Wie können deutsche Unternehmen in China erfolgreich sein? Dieser Frage geht Prof. Dr. Carsten Hebestreit in seinem Vortrag "Erfolgreich als deutsches Unternehmen in China - Kulturgebundenheit betriebswirtschaftlicher Handlungsfelder" an der DHBW Heidenheim nach. Er thematisiert den Einfluss der Kultur auf das betriebswirtschaftliche Handeln im deutsch-chinesischen Kontext. Charakteristika und Verhaltenskonsequenzen der chinesischen Kultur werden vorgestellt.Am Beispiel deutscher Unternehmen in China wird gezeigt, in welchem Ausmaß eine Anpassung des Wirtschaftens an kulturelle Rahmenbedingungen erfolgt bzw. erforderlich ist.

Prof. Dr. Carsten Hebestreit studierte Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften in Deutschland, Frankreich und Belgien.
