DSV acquires activities from AWT Čechofracht a.s.

DSV in Czech Republic has signed an agreement on the acquisition of certain activities from AWT Čechofracht a.s.

AWT Čechofracht a.s. has a strong market position in the Czech Republic offering several forwarding and logistics services. The agreement includes the road, air and sea freight activities and contract logistics of AWT Čechofracht and will as such strengthen the market position of all three DSV divisions in the Czech Republic.

In the last 12 months, the activities acquired from AWT Čechofracht a.s. has generated revenue of approximately EUR 30 million.
