Hoenle AG: Dr. Franz Richter wird für drei Jahre zum Vorstand der Hoenle AG bestellt

Der Aufsichtsrat der Hoenle AG entsendete Dr. Franz Richter am 01.10.2025 vom Aufsichtsrat in den Vorstand der Hoenle AG, wo er die Funktion des Vorstandsvorsitzenden der Gesellschaft übernahm. Seit dieser Zeit ruhte sein Amt im Aufsichtsrat. Franz Richter wird nun vom Aufsichtsrat für drei Jahre zum Vorstand der Hoenle AG bestellt, er übernimmt dort den Vorsitz. Sein Vorstandsvertrag läuft bis 28. Februar 2029. Sein Amt im Aufsichtsrat legt Franz Richter zum 28. Februar 2026 nieder.

Franz Richter wird den Fokus seiner Tätigkeit darauf richten, die Hoenle Gruppe wieder auf einen profitablen Wachstumspfad zu führen.
