Two BOY trend-setters at the Plastindia - the ultra compact BOY XS and the powerful BOY 55 E
During the six-day event, the BOY XS will demonstrate its capabilities in Hall 12/ Booth D35, where small cogwheels will be produced in a four-cavity mould. Requiring only an installation footprint of 0.8m² and with a closing force of 100 kN, the BOY XS is very well suited for continuous industrial operation. The BOY XS is the non-plus-ultra for micro and single-cavity injection moulding.
The BOY 55 E (550kN closing force), which will be shown at the Plastindia, is equipped with an energy-efficient servo drive and the high-end Procan ALPHA control system with full-touch display. Its precise, dynamic and smooth running capabilities will surely impress the exhibition attendees.
Ever since the introduction of the servomotor pump drive in 2008, more and more end users have selected this energy-efficient BOY machine series. With every injection moulding cycle, you profit from the low energy consumption. By using up to 75% less energy than other drive systems, the BOY E-series machines can reduce considerably the costs per unit.
With the multi-patented Procan ALPHA control system, the new servo motor pump drive technology and a well-engineered range of machinery, BOY considers itself very well placed for the important Indian market.
