Heutige Bauteile werden immer kleiner, erfordern jedoch mehr Entwicklungstests als je zuvor. Die Serie 3133D zeichnet sich durch ihre Miniaturgröße aus (6,1mm x 6,1mm x 5,9mm), wodurch sie in Räumen montiert werden kann, die für andere Arten von triaxialen Beschleunigungssensoren unzugänglich sind. Sie verfügt über ein hermetisch abgedichtetes Titangehäuse, ist feuchtigkeitsbeständig und wiegt nur 0,8 Gramm. Sie wird mit einer Empfindlichkeit von 0.25mV / g zu 10mV / g angeboten und kann an das Testobjekt geklebt werden. Ein ca. 0,92m langes Koaxialkabel mit einem 4 Pin Stecker ist fest angebracht und bietet Anschlussmöglichkeiten mit verschiedenen Verlängerungskabeltypen zum Anschluss an IEPE-Stromquellen.
