DILAS, the diode laser company, gibt die Einführung eines Zwei-Barren-Moduls innerhalb der Serie der fasergekoppelten Multi-Barren-Module bekannt. Dieses ist mit Ausgangsleistungen bis 80W aus einer 400µm Faser bei einer Wellenlänge von 808nm und 976nm oder bis 30W bei einer Wellenlänge von 1550nm erhältlich.

Dieses wärmeleitungsgekühlte Modul besitzt trotz seiner Leistungsfähigkeit geringe Dimensionen und kann außerdem mit Optionen wie Pilotlaser, Monitorphotodiode oder Fasersteckkontrolle ausgestattet werden. Weiterhin sind auf Anfrage kundenspezifische Anpassungen möglich.
Es zeichnet sich durch seine hohe Leuchtdichte und Effizienz aus und weist eine Lebensdauer von mehr als 10.000 Stunden bei einer Leistung von 80W CW Betrieb.
