MTS 30 Sparrow - High Quality Test and Outstanding Flexibility
Digitaltest's Sparrow provides the highest level of flexibility and test capability in a small footprint. As a result of combining ICT, enhanced switching and test capabilities with comprehensive functional test in a compact rack mount platform, the Sparrow system is used in many of the world's most demanding manufacturing lines. Technical features include: comprehensive in-circuit and functional tests, integrated boundary-scan tests, on-board memory programming as well as the integration of PXI and IEEE test systems. The Windows based system, running Visual Studio, is available as space-saving 19 inch rack-mount system.
New Fast Access Interface (FAI) - Maintenance and Change-Over Improved
To further enhance the integration of the system a new quick-release interface is now available for the system. On multi-instrument systems this may significantly ease system extension, system diagnosis and maintenance.
New UPC02 Assembly - Saves Space in the System and Cuts Costs
UPC02 consists of a UPC controller module and a fixed voltage source. It is considerably smaller than its predecessor power supply assemblies. Without any additional power supply rack up to four UPC02 can be integrated into a Sparrow system. To ease maintenance, UPC02 controllers are easily accessible via a slot on the rear of the Sparrow system.
MTS 300 Sigma - Lambda Edition with a Single PC - Reduced Footprint and Simplified Operation
The Lambda Edition of the Sigma system is capable of testing two or more different test units in real parallel test. This can decrease test time by 50% with 2 test units, 75% with 4 test units etc. Due to its CITE6 based software only a single PC is required.
MTS 500 Condor
The high performance flying probe system provides high accuracy probing, easy programming, standard tests and opens check.
Digitaltest's Condor system is well known for its speed and accuracy. It consistently provides the performance to tests prototype boards and small to medium batches in a streamlined and cost-effective manner. Moreover, the integrated Sparrow system is capable to run external board tests in larger batches. Another way of higher throuput is by smart optimization with SNAP (Simple Note Access Pin) or fixtures used inside the flying prober.

CITE 6 with new Programming Language VB.NET - Provides Modern Communication Features
With the introduction of CITE 6 the user can benefit from Visual Basic.NET (as part of Visual Studio 2010/2012) - in addition to Visual Basic 6. The test program is now part of the .NET world and all modern communications options are available. Its up-to-date programming language enables CITE 6 to communicate between test program, user software, operating system, and hardware components.
C-LINK - Advanced CAD Converter Solutions
The CAD/CAM software C-LINK DTM imports and processes assembly layout data, bill of material and schematics data. It runs probability and testability analyses for feedback to development department or production release. With its comprehensive range of output filters for fixture construction, AOI, and flying probe test systems C-LINK is the perfect tool to speed-up NPI processes and increase the quality levels of fixtures and test programs.

QMAN - Paperless Repair Software
QMAN is a quality management software suitable for all MTS and third party test systems. QMAN gathers fault messages from visual inspection stations or automated test systems. It helps to reduce repair time and costs featuring powerful tools like layout graphics and schematics and offers detailed history data of the specific board including all previously taken repair measures. In addition, repair data may be used to identify possible failure trends and issue appropriate alarms or prepare statistics data and thus increase transparency of production quality levels and comparability.
The latest version of QMAN will be demonstrated at the show.
