Die im Deutschen Studentenwerk (DSW) zusammengeschlossenen 58 Studentenwerke in Deutschland bekräftigen ihre Forderung nach einem gemeinsamen Bund-Länder-Hochschulsozialpakt für die soziale Infrastruktur des Studiums, analog zu den Hochschulpakten für zusätzliche Studienplätze. Rund 2,25 Milliarden Euro sind aus Sicht der Studentenwerke in den nächsten Jahren notwendig, zuvorderst für den Bau und die Sanierung von Wohnheimplätzen sowie Mensen.
