Barrierefreie Hausgeräte - Pressebilder von der IFA 2016

Der Deutsche Blinden- und Sehbehindertenverband e.V. (DBSV) und die Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft der Senioren-Organisationen e.V. (BAGSO) präsentieren zurzeit auf der IFA 2016 eine Sonderausstellung zum Thema „Nutzbarkeit und Barrierefreiheit von Haushalts- und Unterhaltungselektronik“. Der BAGSO-Vorsitzende Franz Müntefering nutzte die Gelegenheit, um barrierefreie Hausgeräte zu testen. Dabei trug er eine spezielle Brille, die eine Sehbehinderung simuliert, siehe Pressebild anbei.

Hintergrund: Auch bei Waschmaschine, Radio oder Backofen sind Sensortasten und Touchscreens auf dem Vormarsch. Der technische Fortschritt hat jedoch seine Schattenseiten: Immer mehr Geräte der Haushalts- und Unterhaltungselektronik sind für blinde und sehbehinderte Menschen nicht bedienbar.
