(Krušovce, Slovakia) and Logis Industriedienstleistung GmbH (Tulln, Austria).
The Logis group is expected to achieve sales in 2007 of around €10 million. The purchase price is composed of €6.5 million fixed price and a further part of the purchase price which may amount to up to €2.5 million and is related to the sales and earnings development of the companies in the years 2007 to 2009.
