MAGNAT Real Estate AG files application to revoke listing in the General Standard and plans to join the Entry Standard

The revocation may take effect 6 months following its publication on the website of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In addition, MAGNAT has decided to file an application for the inclusion of its shares in the Entry Standard of the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The inclusion is sought for the date on which the revocation becomes effective on the regulated market.
