Das Thema Smart Factory mit intelligenten, vernetzten und leistungsstarken Prozessen beschäftigt derzeit die gesamte Industriewelt. Grund genug für den Automobilhersteller Audi, den TechDay am Hauptsitz in Ingolstadt unter das Motto „Smart Factory“ zu stellen. Aktuelle Projekte mit intelligenten Technologien zur Effizienzsteigerung in Produktion und Logistik standen im Fokus des Innovationstages. Darunter fällt auch die Abwicklung von innerbetrieblichen Transporten mit fahrerlosen Transportfahrzeugen (FTF). Im Rahmen eines Pilotprojekts stattet Egemin Automation einen Teilbereich der Audi-Logistik am Standort Ingolstadt mit FTF aus. Die Automatisierung der Fahrzeuge erfolgt ebenfalls durch den Systemintegrator.
