Logistik-Unternehmen dürfen Zoll-Anmeldungen ab dem 1. August 2007 nur noch im neuen Atlas-Format 7.1 an die Zollbehörden versenden. Die Vorgängerversion 7.0 wird dann abgeschaltet. Um den Nutzern einen problemlosen und rechtzeitigen Umstieg zu ermöglichen, haben die dbh Logistics IT AG und die skally - Gesellschaft für Logistik-und Informationssysteme mbH gemeinsam eine Anwendungssoft-ware mit dem Namen "Advantage Customs 7.1" erstellt, die jetzt als erste und bisher einzige Lösung (Quelle: www.kost-atlas.de, Stand 19.01.2007) das Zertifikat von der Zollverwaltung erhalten hat.

Die deutsche Zollverwaltung hat bereits vor einigen Jahren die elektronische Verzollungsplattform Atlas eingeführt. Um an dem System effizient teilnehmen zu können,
