Mit dem ECM-QB präsentiert die DATA MODUL AG eines der ersten 3,5" Embedded Boards mit Prozessoren der Intel® Atom(TM) E620/640/660/680 Serie.

Die neuen Atom-basierenden System-on-Chip Prozessoren der E6xx Serie integrieren den Memory Controller, 3D Grafik Engine, HD Video Decoder, Display Controller, HD Audio Controller und Legacy Peripheral Controller auf dem selben Die wie die CPU.

Es besitzt neben den gewohnten Standardschnittstellen 4 x USB 2.0, 3 x COM (davon eine umschaltbar RS232/422/485), 16 GPIOs, 2 x SATA, 1 x CAN Bus, HD Audio, Dual Gigabit Ethernet, 1 x Micro SD, einen Compact Flash Socket und kann über Mini PCI-Express erweitert
