Der Verwaltungsrat der Dätwyler Holding AG hat beschlossen, Judith van Walsum der ordentlichen General­versammlung vom 16. März 2022 zur Wahl als neue Verwaltungsrätin und als Vertreterin der Publikums­aktionäre vorzuschlagen. Hanno Ulmer wird aus persönlichen Gründen für eine Wiederwahl nicht mehr zu Verfügung stehen. Jürg Fedier, bisher Vertreter der Publikumsaktionäre, wird Hanno Ulmer als Vertreter der Pema Holding AG ersetzten.
