Datwyler sold its civil engineering business to representatives of the existing management on 28 April 2020. The management buy-out is supported by the Hamburg-based private equity firm BPE, which specializes in transactions in the German midsized sector since over 20 years. The closing of the agreement is scheduled for 4 May 2020.
