CLS Laborautomationssysteme GmbH concludes Asset Deal with Manz Automation Tübingen GmbH

The Executive Board of CyBio AG, Jena, (German Stock Exchange: General Standard, ISIN number: DE 0005412308) announces the formal closing of an asset deal agreement between CLS Laborautomationssysteme GmbH and Manz Automation Tübingen GmbH. CyBio AG owns 77,644 % of the share capital of the CLS Laborautomationssysteme GmbH.
After intensive negotiations the contract was signed last week. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Due to the sale of the assets of the CLS Laborautomationssysteme GmbH, the company will be dissolved with effect of September 30, 2008.

This terminates an activity for CyBio AG which was responsible
