Mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2008 etabliert Computacenter den Unternehmensbereich Technology Sourcing, fuer den Dr. Friedel Mager als Geschaeftsfuehrer verantwortlich zeichnet. Technology Sourcing fasst die Bereiche Supply Chain Services, Strategic Sourcing und Leasing zusammen und ergaenzt Leistungssegmente, wie die internationale Reichweite von Services. Nachdem Computacenter in den vergangenen Jahren das Profil als Managed-Services-Dienstleister und als IT-Consultant ausgebaut hat, sollen nun in gleichem Masse Entwicklungen des Technology Sourcings folgen. Computacenter hat fuer diese Neuausrichtung ein Programm entwickelt, mit dem sich der IT-Dienstleister langfristig als fuehrender Managed-Procurement-Anbieter positionieren will.
