Die Chemnitzer Community4you GmbH ist mit ihren Softwareprodukten open-EIS LMS - Learning Management System und open-EIS Competence - Competence Management & Assessment (www.openeis.com) konzeptioneller und technischer Partner im EU-Projekt "SOLE - Support for SME in their accession to the open labour market in Europe" (www.soleonline.eu). Das Dreiländerprojekt wird von Oktober 2007 bis Oktober 2009 unter Federführung der bulgarischen Firma Interminds LLC, der niederländischen Institution ROC Midden Nederlands und der deutschen Community4you GmbH konzipiert, entwickelt und durchgeführt.

Mit SOLE werden bulgarische kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) den Einarbeitungsprozess ihrer Mitarbeiter webbasiert durchführen, damit beschleunigen und effektivieren können. SOLE wird die bulgarischen
