COLTENE Holding AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: CLTN) gibt bekannt, dass die Credit Suisse Funds AG, Kalandergasse 4, 8045 Zürich (Kontakt: Pascal Näf, Credit Suisse AG, Large Shareholding Reporting CH&DE, YCTS 2, Giesshübelstrasse 62, 8045 Zürich, Telefon +41 44 334 79 53) seit einem Zukauf am 11. März 2013 ihre Beteiligung an der COLTENE Holding AG von 226'650 Namenaktien oder 5.37% der Stimmrechte auf neu 293'233 Namenaktien oder 6.95% der Stimmrechte erhöht hat. Dabei hat der CSIMF Equity Small & Mid Cap Switzerland einzeln den 3% Grenzwert überschritten und hält 4.0057% der Stimmrechte an COLTENE Holding AG per 11. März 2013.
