Die Stadtwerke Schwäbisch Hall GmbH hat eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung in Höhe von 76 Prozent an der Somentec Software AG aus Langen erworben. Die drei Gründungsaktionäre der Somentec bleiben mit 24 Prozent weiterhin an dem Unternehmen beteiligt. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. Die Parteien haben die Möglichkeit vorgesehen, die Mehrheitsbeteiligung der Stadtwerke Schwäbisch Hall künftig weiter auszubauen.
