Die Münchener Holtzbrinck Digital GmbH, die Internet-Beteiligungsholding der Verlagsgruppe Holtzbrinck, hat ihre Beteiligung an der Berliner myphotobook GmbH an die dom Deutsche Online Medien GmbH, ein Tochterunternehmen der Elanders AB, veräußert.

Ein Team von CMS Hasche Sigle um die Lead Partner Dr. Thomas Meyding und Dr. Maximilian Grub hat Holtzbrinck bei der Transaktion umfassend rechtlich beraten.

Die Stuttgarter Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck (Die Zeit, Südkurier, S. Fischer Verlag, Droemer Knaur, myHammer u.a.) hatte die Beteiligung an dem Start-up im Jahr 2007 erworben und das Unternehmen seitdem kontinuierlich aufgebaut. Myphotobook ist mittlerweile in 16 Ländern tätig und beschäftigt 70 Mitarbeiter.
