CMS berät synlab Labordienstleistungen bei Add-on-Akquisition eines belgischen Labordienstleisters

Die synlab-Gruppe hat das belgische Laborunternehmen Laboratoire Dr. Collard mit insgesamt 41 Blutabnahmezentren in Belgien und Luxemburg übernommen. synlab ist der führende Laborkonzern in Europa für Human-, Veterinär- sowie Umweltanalytik und erwirtschaftete 2012 nach vorläufigen Zahlen einen Umsatz von rund 625 Millionen Euro. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Ein grenzübergreifendes Team von CMS DeBacker und CMS Hasche Sigle hat den in Augsburg ansässigen Konzern bei dieser Akquisition umfassend beraten.
