Clifford Chance berät Konsortium um KfW IPEX-Bank bei Finanzierung der weltgrößten Biogasanlage

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat die KfW IPEX-Bank und zwei weitere Banken bei der Finanzierung der weltweit größten Anlage zur Produktion von Biogas in Erdgasqualität beraten. Das Projekt mit einem Gesamtinvestitionsvolumen von rund 122 Mio. EUR wird durch Bankkredite sowie durch private Investoren über einen Fonds finanziert. Die Bankkredite in Höhe von knapp 80 Mio. EUR werden von einem internationalen Bankenkonsortium, bestehend aus der KfW IPEX-Bank, der niederländischen NIBC Bank sowie der Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien bereitgestellt.

Die Biogasanlage entsteht nördlich von Güstrow in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und wurde von der Nawaro BioEnergie AG/Leipzig konzipiert.
