Claranet begrüßt freieres Spiel der Marktkräfte

Im Vorfeld der nun anstehenden Novellierung des Telekommunikationsgesetzes (TKG) fordert der europäische Internet Service Provider Claranet, dass im Vordergrund steht, Rechtssicherheit für investitionswillige Unternehmen zu schaffen. „In der aktuellen Vorlage sehen wir noch erhebliche Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Spielraum für weitere Konkretisierungen“, so Olaf Fischer, Geschäftsführer der Claranet GmbH. Als europaweit tätiger Internet Service Provider besitzt Claranet ein umfassendes Know-How in Regulierungsfragen und deren Ausgestaltung in der nationalen Gesetzgebung. Begrüßt wird, dass die Internet Service Provider im neuen TKG mehr Möglichkeiten haben, den Missbrauch von Monopolstellungen prüfen zu lassen und somit ein freieres Spiel der Marktkräfte erlaubt wird. „Wir hoffen, dass die
