Die Chemischen Werke Kluthe GmbH setzt ihr Wachstum fort und bündelt neue Aktivitäten im Geschäftsfeld Forming & Protection. Dabei handelt es sich um das vierte Geschäftsfeld des Chemieproduzenten. Neben den Business Units Metalworking & Cleaning, Pretreatment und Paintshop soll sich die neue Business Unit hauptsächlich auf Produkte für den Korrosionsschutz und Schmierstoffe zur Umformung konzentrieren, die bisher in den anderen Business Units vertreten waren.

Leiter der Business Unit wird per 01. Oktober 2018, Herr Dr. Joachim Holz, bisher F&E sowie Vertriebsleiter der ZWEZ-Chemie GmbH. Neben dem Doktor der Naturwissenschaften bietet Herr Dr. Holz weitere 15 Jahre Erfahrung in der Chemie-Branche
