Befristeter Aktienrückkauf zur Ausgabe von Belegschaftsaktien

Die CeWe Color Holding AG (Prime Standard, ISDN DE 000540 3901), hat auf der Grundlage der durch die Hauptversammlung am 26. April 2007 erteilten Ermächtigung insgesamt 299.608 eigene Aktien zurück gekauft und beendet damit das Aktienrückkaufprogramm. Der Rückkauf wurde durch die NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale, Hannover, in der Zeit vom 30. April 2007 bis einschließlich dem 8. November 2007 gewährleistet. Die Aktien sind unter anderem für mögliche Firmenübernahmen oder für eine mögliche Einziehung bestimmt.
