Der Vorstand der CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA (SDAX, ISIN: DE 0005403901) hat heute beschlossen, im Zeitraum vom 28. Juni 2023 bis zum 30. Mai 2024 bis zu 250.000 eigene Aktien im Volumen von bis zu 20 Mio. Euro über die Börse zurückzukaufen. Dies entspricht auf Basis der aktuellen Börsenkurse einem Anteil von rund 3,3 Prozent des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft. Der Rückkauf basiert auf der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 15. Juni 2022, eigene Aktien von insgesamt bis zu 10 Prozent des Grundkapitals zu erwerben.
