CEWE beschließt Aktienrückkauf

Der Vorstand der CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA (SDAX, ISIN: DE 0005403901) hat heute beschlossen, im Zeitraum 3. März 2020 bis 1. April 2021 bis zu 100.000 eigene Aktien im Volumen von bis zu 10 Mio. Euro über die Börse zurückzukaufen. Der Rückkauf basiert auf der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 31. Mai 2017, insgesamt bis zu 10 % eigene Aktien zu erwerben. Der Gegenwert je Aktie (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) darf den am Handelstag in der Eröffnungsauktion ermittelten Börsenkurs im XETRA-Handel der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse um nicht mehr als 10 % über- oder unterschreiten.
