Die Fiber Patch Placement Technologie bietet erstklassige Vorteile für Carbonbauteile. Die direkte 3D Fertigung der Bauteile auf Endkontur macht zusätzliche Umformschritte von Halbzeugen überflüssig und reduziert den Materialverschnitt um 50 % gegenüber konventionellen Methoden. FPP verkürzt die Prozesszeiten und bringt ein neues Niveau von Effizienz in die Fertigung. Mit dreifacher Kamerakontrolle und industrieller Automation garantiert die FPP Technologie eine gleichbleibend hohe Bauteilqualität - und das alles in skalierbarer Serienproduktion.
