Die CENIT AG, Stuttgart, (ISIN: DE0005407100) führt Vertragsverhandlungen über den Erwerb sämtlicher Anteile an der Keonys S.A.S., Paris, einem der führenden europäischen Referenzpartner für die Software-Integration in den Bereichen Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) sowie 3D-Design auf Basis der Softwareprodukte von Dassault Systèmes. Durch die Übernahme würde sich CENIT einen verbesserten Marktzugang in Frankreich und den Benelux-Ländern erschließen. Keonys wird im Geschäftsjahr 2016 mit rund 160 Mitarbeitern voraussichtlich einen Umsatz von rund 56 Millionen Euro erwirtschaften.Den Kaufpreis für die Unternehmensanteile in Höhe von voraussichtlich rund 6 Millionen Euro wird CENIT aus den bestehenden liquiden Mitteln finanzieren.
