Damit wurde es unter 100 Bewerbern als "das beste Lernprogramm für die Konsole" für Schüler und Lehrer in der Sekundarstufe ausgewählt. Mit der Gigamaus zeichnet die Zeitschrift Eltern Family pädagogisch und didaktisch sinnvolle Software- und Onlineangebote aus.
