Versicherte der AOK NORDWEST können sich über die AOK-PatientenQuittung neuerdings auch mobil informieren, welche Leistungen über ihre Krankenversichertenkarte abgerechnet wurden und was die jeweilige Leistung gekostet hat. "Damit lassen sich wichtige Fragen zum Beispiel nach verordneten Medikamenten oder Behandlungsabläufen in der Apotheke oder beim Arzt sofort klären", sagt Andrea Elsenplässer, Pressereferentin der AOK NORDWEST.

Die mobile AOK-PatientenQuittung stellt eine Weiterentwicklung der im Jahr 2011 eingeführten Desktop-Variante dar. Neben den Daten von Arzt- und Zahnarztbesuchen werden verordnete Medikamente, Krankenhausaufenthalte, Heil- und Hilfsmittel, Zahnersatz und weitere zahnärztliche Leistungen in übersichtlicher Form dargestellt.
