Gemeinsam mit der uib GmbH bieten wir Ihnen eine Schnittstelle zwischen Ihrem OTRS/KIX4OTRS und opsi an, die eine automatische Übernahme von Inventarisierungsdaten aus opsi in die CMDB von OTRS ermöglicht. Diese Kopplung der zwei Systeme präsentieren wir Ihnen auf der CeBIT in Hannover vom 01. - 05.03.2011. Wir laden Sie herzlichst zum Vortrag "ITSM mit Open Source" ein, bei dem Dr. Detlef Oertel und Rico Barth das Zusammenspiel der Komponenten gemeinsam vorstellen.
