Die Siemens AG beschleunigt durch die Einführung einer CPQ-Lösung ihre Vertriebs- und Angebotsprozesse im Bereich gasisolierte Schaltanlagen (GIS). Die flexible Configure-Price-Quote-Lösung der camos Software und Beratung GmbH sorgt ab sofort für eine digitale Verbindung zwischen den Kunden und der Produktion von Schaltanlagen. Mit Hilfe der Software kann der Vertrieb die hochkomplexen und variantenreichen Schaltanlagen individuell konfigurieren - sogar im Kundengespräch vor Ort. Als Konfigurationsergebnis stehen den Kunden automatisch generierte Angebote und Produktdokumentationen zur Verfügung. Stücklisten werden vom CPQ über eine Schnittstelle an das ERP-System übergeben. Somit wird der durchgängig digitale Prozess vom Angebot bis zur Fertigung unterstützt.
