Logistikverbände begrüßen Ankündigung zur Öffnung von Teilen der Mautdaten für bessere Kontrolle von Sozialvorschriften

Weiterer Etappensieg für faireren Wettbewerb im Straßengüterverkehr rückt näher

Auf der gestrigen Veranstaltung des Bundesverbandes Güterkraftverkehr Logistik und Entsorgung (BGL) e.V. im Rahmen der Online-Messe „transport logistic 2021“ zum EU-Mobilitätspaket haben die beiden für Güterverkehr zuständigen Verkehrspolitiker der Großen Koalition Karl Holmeier, MdB (CSU) und Udo Schiefner, MdB (SPD) die von den Verbänden der deutschen Logistikwirtschaft seit langem geforderte datenschutzkonforme Öffnung von Teilen der Mautdaten für die Kontrolle der sogenannten illegalen Kabotage in Aussicht gestellt. Da es hier ausschließlich um die Grenzübertrittsdaten der Lkw ginge, seien keine personenbezogenen, sondern nur fahrzeugbezogene Daten betroffen.
