Zum Abschluss der EXPO "Gold für Deutschland"

Am 24. September 2005 hat die EXPO Association den Deutschen Pavillon auf der EXPO 2005 in Aichi, Japan, im Rahmen des "Nature's Wisdom Award" mit der Goldmedaille ausgezeichnet. Deutschland habe das EXPO-Motto von allen Länderbeiträgen am besten umgesetzt und den Themen "Weisheit der Natur" und nachhaltige Entwicklung in besonderer Weise Rechnung getragen, so die EXPO Association. Mit der Goldmedaille gewinnt Deutschland die Königsklasse des Awards in der Kategorie der großen Länderpavillons zwischen 1.400 und 1.800 m².
