In die Diskussion um das Verbot von "Killerspielen" hat sich nun auch die größte deutsche Spielesuchmaschine Wazap eingeschaltet. Das vor kurzem angekündigte Vorhaben der CDU/CSU-Innenminister, sogenannte "Killerspiele" endgültig verbieten zu wollen, stößt bei Wazap auf heftige Kritik. In den Augen der Gaming-Experten von Wazap gibt es keinerlei Anhaltspunkte und Sachverhalte, die ein Verbot der "Killerspiele" rechtfertigen würden. Obendrein fehle eine eindeutige Definition von "Killerspielen". "Sogar die harmlosen Shooter-Spiele mutieren unter der Regierung und ihren "staatlichen Branchenexperten" zu angeblich gewaltverherrlichenden Killerspielen", beklagt Wazap-Geschäftsführer Andreas Rührig.

Ein Verbot sei nach Meinung von Wazap auch deshalb völlig fahrlässig, weil alle Spiele durch die
