Mit dem Aufbau einer Informations- und Lernumgebung für das Internet unterstützt der Virtuelle Campus Bayern (VCB) die wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen zwischen Bayern und Kroatien. Das Projekt will die Weiterentwicklung und die Stärkung der Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen sogenannten "Small Medium Enterprises" (SME) – Unternehmen mit 5 bis 250 Mitarbeitern – beider Länder ermöglichen. Neben einer umfangreichen Datenbank mit Firmenkontakten und Firmenprofilen wird man nach Fertigstellung auf der dreisprachigen Internetplattform (deutsch-kroatisch-englisch) auch auf Lernmodule zum interkulturellen Verständnis sowie den jeweiligen Rechtsgrundlagen bei Kooperationen und Unternehmensgründungen zugreifen können.
