Die US-Gesellschaft BÖWE Bell + Howell wird ab 2005 vollkonsolidiert

Die BÖWE SYSTEC AG gibt bekannt, dass die bereits im August letzten Jahres angekündigte Mehrheitsübernahme an der US-Gesellschaft BÖWE Bell + Howell mit Wirkung zum Januar 2005 vollzogen wurde. Vereinbarungsgemäß übernahm die BÖWE SYSTEC AG von den nordamerikanischen Mitgesellschaftern weitere zehn Prozent der Gesellschaftsanteile und hält nun 60% an BÖWE Bell + Howell. Das Unternehmen wird damit ab dem laufenden Geschäftsjahr vollkonsolidiert. Die Vereinbarung sieht vor, dass die restlichen Anteile der außenstehenden Gesellschafter in weiteren 10%-Tranchen jeweils zur Jahresmitte erworben werden sollen. Damit wird die vollständige Übernahme der BÖWE Bell + Howell im Jahr 2008 erwartet.
